Health and Wellness
Danella recognizes that our culture and environment needs to support our employees in making good lifestyle choices every day. In addition, the rapidly rising cost of healthcare is a challenge in this economic climate. We need to be responsible about cost control, and feel that a proactive commitment to the current and future health of all Danella employees and their families is a great step forward.
That is why we have launched a Wellness Program, in partnership with Innovative Wellness Solutions. By each of us understanding our personal risk factors and having the tools to address those concerns, we are positively impacting our own health, the health of our employees' families, and the health of the company overall. Enrollment in the Wellness Program is voluntary, and all information is totally and completely confidential.
Danella employees who choose to enroll in medical insurance through the company, have the option to enroll in the Wellness Program and enjoy a credit on their medical premiums. In addition, employees who do not have insurance through Danella can also participate in most of the wellness initiatives.
