This individual will be required to perform duties as directed by a foreman while operating any or all of the following equipment: backhoes, excavators, vibratory or static plows, trenchers, and directional bore machines in the installation, removal, or maintenance of underground utilities.
The driver will be asked to perform duties as directed by the foreman in the installation, removal, or maintenance of underground utilities. He or she must have a valid commercial “A” license and meet the minimum requirements for DOT certification.
The foreman will be responsible for the safety of the crew and public. He or she will follow all safety practices while managing the day-to-day operations of the crew under his or her supervision. Additionally, the foreman will be expected to do daily reporting of time, production, and as-builting.
The gas pipe joiner will be required to assemble, install, and test of all distribution pipe systems as required by customer standards. This individual will be expected to safety operate fusion equipment and to follow all safety rules, including Federal DOT Standards.
